The great Muscian and Songwriter, J.J. Cale Dies At 74

John Weldon Cale popularly know as J. J. Cale was born in Oklahoma in 1938. he was a musician and a songwriter. His blues rock influences some of the genre's biggest name today. His first song was recorded by Eric Clapton and Johnny Cash among others. He was a great man in his time, a multi-instrumentalist. He died as a result of heart attack at the Scripps Memorial Hospital around 8 p.m. on Friday evening. A statement posted on his website said.
He is best known as the writer of “Cocaine” and “After Midnight,” songs made famous when they were recorded by his collaborator, Eric Clapton.
