This is to inform the general public and those who wishes to take nursing as a profession that the application for enetering into Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex Basic School of Nursing, Wesley Guild Hospital, llesa for a – 3 year General Nursing Course is now available and it commences in Sept. 2013.
Requirement From Applicants:
WAEC, SSCE/GCE OR NECO SSCE/GCE, 5 Credits (at not more than two- sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. He/She should be at least seventeen and half (17%) years old by October, 2013. Applicant must note that combination of NECO and WAEC results is
ACCEPTABLE.
How To Apply:
Application form is obtainable from Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, School of Nursing, Wesley Guild Hospital, llesa at a cost of Five Thousand Naira (#5,000.00) only payable by cash to the School’S Account stated here under: Skye Bank Plc: Wesley Guild Hospital, llesa Account No: 1770751539
The Payment entitles the applicant to:
i. Application form
ii. Scratch card for the result
iii. Past question paper
Applicant should note that no part of the form be detached before submission.
Passport Photograph:
Identical passport photographs taken within six months to examination should be attached to form
Candidate who fails to comply with the above will NOT be allowed to sit for the Entrance Examination.
Closing Date:
Completed application forms should be return to the office of the Principal, School of Nursing, Wesley Guild Hospital, lIesa on or before Friday, 16th August 2013.
Date of Entrance Examination:
Entrance Examination shall be conducted by the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex. Nursing and Midwifery Entrance Examination Committee on Saturday, 24th August, 2013.
