have downloaded it but the biometric client is showing me "enrollment has not finished. Reason: No scanner" error message. please help me out

DeleteI noticed this error! i decided to find solution to it.. The error can be caused by two things.
ReplyDelete1. Dotnet framework not up to date: remember it is clearly stated that you have to download version 4.
2. You loaded the wrong drivers. confirm that your device is properly installed with the right driver, check windows device manager.
