Babcock University Produces 52 Ist Class Graduates

During Babcock University (BU) convocation ceremony that held on 2nd of June, 2013, it was reported by the Vice Chancellor of the Institution, Prof. James Makinde that no fewer than 52 students graduated with First Class honours, 1,059 made Second Class Upper, while 248 made Second Class Lower.

Prof. Makinde said: “1,359 graduands will be awarded degrees and diplomas in Basic Applied Sciences, Public and Allied Health, Education and Humanities, Babcock Business School, Law and Security Studies, Computing and Engineering Sciences, Nursing Sciences, Agriculture and Industrial Technology, and the Benjamin S. Carson School of Medicine, in its Biochemistry programme.”

The Vice Chancellor further said no third Class or pass was recorded, and also said that the institution is producing graduates who will be able to fulfill their purposes with entrepreneurship skills.
