This is to notify the entire public that the National Examination Council has announced that the sales of the 2013/2014 NECO GCE Nov/Dec (external) scratch cards is on. The interesting part is that the NECO GCE is specially made for candidates that are not in the school system. Interested candidates can go ahead to register, because the portal is now available for registration.

N.B:The registration is to be done from business centres that has Digital Personal Fingerprint Scanners,after which you have purchased the Scratch Card from the following bank listed below.
- First Bank Plc
- UBA Plc
- Diamond Bank
- Zenith Bank Plc
- Eco Bank Plc
The Digital Persona Fingerprint Scanners are available at NECO state offices.
