Video: Real Mermaid seen in Kiryat Yam, Israel

This video aired on Animal Planet a few weeks ago. It shows two tourists filming what they thought was a seal on rocks in Israel, then they zoom in. It gets scary when the creature turns and sees its being filmed. Is that a Mermaid or a misconception of an animal? I actually can't say, but i want you guys to watch it and tell us what's it via comment box.
